I understand the risks associated with inverse and leveraged investment products. These proposed restrictions will not protect me from losing money, they will interfere with my ability to plan for my future. I should not have to pass a test before I am allowed to invest in public securities.
Inverse funds are important to my investment strategy.
Since I dont short individual stocks, this allows me a convenient way of doing so with less risk.
I am capable of understanding the concepts and the risks involved.
Please keep this option available to me.

Individual investors are perfectly capable of understanding the risks associated with inverse and leveraged ETFs. I strongly believe there should be no further regulation of them that ultimately limits the choices of everyday investors.
