I have my own right to decide which product I want to invest. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I got a PhD majored in computational finance and I understand leveraged and inverse funds and
I've been investing in complex and volatile investments for decades. PROVING my competence was satisfied when I placed my money in the investment. I do not need or want and will not benefit from a nanny state protector and overseer of my judgment.
Please don't restrict individual investment opportunities!!!!
I would like to invest in leveraged sharew ETFs.
Financial advisors are already required to "know your client" before making recommendations and are under constant oversite. This adds more unneeded layers that will only confuse investors and deny opportunities.
I should be allowed to invest in what I want to. I am capable of reading prospectuses and am capable of making informed investment decisions. I would vote against such a regulation that would restrict my ability to trade inverse or leveraged funds.
Please don't limit us from inverse or leveraged funds -- Including BITCOIN and Cryptos. Thank you
FINRA needs to focus on making the market more accessible to the public and promoting education. Not restricting access because they think we aren't responsible enough to invest our own money. We can basically go to war at 18, but investing in leveraged products is too dangerous? Everyone deserves to have equal access to the markets and this is why there are such huge wealth disparities
