I was a previous financial advisor. We became heavily regulated back in the day. The rules are in place and I understand, however when you infringe on peoples personal rights to invest by taking it a step further with the rules and regs already in place, now you are constitutionally wrong with the publics freedom to make fair choices on their personal investments and limiting them in this
I find it to be complete CRAP that you want to limit the poor from investing in bitcoin proshares. I am not an accredited investor and should not need to be to invest in anything I wish. I don't even think most of the population realizes what's going on with this "accredited investor" business..
If you forbid these funds now you will lock in loses for investors who bought these funds in good faith. I am surprised that Drexion and Profunds aren't paying you to do it. They will be the only beneficiaries. Regulate corporate buybacks and give out fines for insider trading that are more then the money made if you want people to think you are doing anything

Members of Congress, I urge you not to ban the investment of cryptocurrencies ETFs. This is the only safe way for me to invest in cryptocurrencies as the only other option is to make a separate crypto account. So please, as an American, please don't ban Cryptocurrencies ETF. Instead, I urge you to focus on closing loopholes and deductions the rich use to evade taxes.
I should be able to make my own investments without being told what I can invest in and what I can't, this is a free country and we choose to not be told or restricted from making investments.
