I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my investment goals. I think it is appropriate to have to read some basic warnings about the dangers of such investments such as leveraged or inverse funds but I should not have to take special tests before I am allowed to invest in such instruments

I want to have maximum flexibility on the type of stocks, mutual funds, and all ETFs that fit my investment strategy. Using leveraged ETFs is a significant part of my strategy and has been for the last 10 years.
