All should be able to choose the public investments that are right for themselves and family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. This includes leveraged and inverse funds, and should not be limited in any manner, nor subject to any arbitrary criteria, especially not by non-elected bureaucrats.
Gentlemen: the proposed regulation of US ETFs goes against everything this country stands for. 1) I should be able to choose which investments I invest inNOT by permission of the federal government. 2) I should NOT have to take a test to determine whether or not I can invest money that I have earned myself. 3) ETFs are important to my investment strategies.

I'm a firm believer in freedom, there for I object to regulations/ government over reach, on our personal investments. Government is supposed to protect us from foreign enemy's and uphold our Bill of rights, and follow the constitution. We the people can take care of our selves.
The proposed additional regulations of BITO are ridiculous. They are vague and unworkable. Under FINRA there are plenty of protections. If you kill it there are plenty of other ways to trade Bitcoin though less protected and more dangerous.
