I do not believe the Federal Government should dictate suitability of investments, whether leveraged or not. I am more than capable of determining whether an investment is suitable for me or not. In addition, leveraged and inverse funds can be a useful hedge for portfolios- that is certainly how I view mine.

Please allow me to continue to make informed choices on what investments are best for me and my family. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy. These funds allow me protect my investments and seek enhanced returns. I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.

It is imperative that America maintains a free and open market for investments of all types. Regulations are to insure fairness in the market, not a strangle hold on freedom of choice.
