Im the investor I should be allowed to trade Proshare like the big stock firms, if the stock market allowed the mutual funds company traded theses Proshare and the individual investors should be allowed.
We are not children who need big brother to watch over our investment decisions. We live in a free country that promotes free trade void of governmental over reach!

How could you possibly think this was a good idea? How about we drop the charade and just ban retail brokerage accounts. Really let wealth advisors run crazy when they know there is no one
I Scot Robinson should have access to leveraged and inverse funds. I buy and sell them regularly. As a tax paying American citizen, I should have access to the same funds as elite rich people. Taking away my access to leveraged and inverse funds would be an attack on my rights as a citizen of the United States. I will vote against any politician who steals my rights.

Leveraged exchange traded funds (ETFs) play a useful role in my investment strategy. The way I use them, they are no more risky than individual stocks, and they are less risky than some other investment vehicles such as futures contracts. Please do not prohibit individual investors from using leveraged ETFs.
Please do not limit our ability to invest in Cryptocurrency funds. Thank you.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I currently own and invest in leveraged products. I should be able to choose the public investments that FIT me and my family. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse investments and their risks. I do not need tests/special processes imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are an important piece of my investment
Its very important that people can have access to whatever investments they wish to purchase.
I'm concerned about the limited ability for me to purchase a product that I believe is the best product for me if the proposed rule #S7-24-15 is applied, I believe current laws and rules are sufficient without some additional perceived protection by FINRA or another agency.
