I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST
I firmly oppose any regulation that prevents me from investing in leveraged or inverse funds. I have utilized such funds on many occasions. To implement regulation that prevents me from doing would only serve to un-level the investment playing field. To do so would create a situation where inverse or leveraged funds are accessible only to the wealthiest in our society.

I am opposed to a plan which makes restrictions on being able to buy and sell inverse funds without jumping through a variety of hoops to get permission. However, it would be good to have rules on the prospectus documents explaining in very clear language what the unusual risks are from using the funds.
