This is completely unacceptable. If I as an investor decide to take a calculated risk based on my research, that is my decision to make. There shouldn't be any hindrances on how I invest my capital since I am assuming the risk. This rule effectively decides the investor's risk tolerance for them.

Pro shares are the only way to amplify gains for young investors who dont have options permissions. Without them young investors like myself will have to switch to a platform like Robinhood to amplify gains while not being told Im too young to invest in leveraged stocks or options.
This is free country and each citizen should have the free will to choose what, when and how much to invest this legalized financial product by ProShares. If ProShares become illegal, then no one should invest.
