Please dont deny us the freedom to choose investments that could help us achieve our long-term financial security
I oppose ANY restrictions to my right to invest in any securities publicly traded in US exchanges, including leveraged ETFs and inverted ETFs.
I believe that the investors know more about his/her selections of investment than the regulators. The proposed special processes are just unnecessary and, frankly, a bit stupid ways to assume the investors are inferior than regulators.
I strongly propose
Leave my investment options alone
I have been using inverse etfs for years including vxx and sh, etc and I understand them I feel i should be able to continue using them without taking a test.
I do not support additional requirements for investing in leveraged and inverse funds beyond what is required to trade options. I dont see how trading options is inherently a safer way to invest over leveraged funds.
The FINRA Proposed Rule #22-08 suggests limiting investors rights. Big Government needs to stop interfering with investors' rights. Stop over-regulating every thing.

That means, yes, sometimes we may lose money on investments, but it is critical to protect the rights and abilities of investors' and individuals' to freely choose which
We need more freedom to invest, not less. Please do not enact further restrictions on the types of investments we're 'allowed' to take part in. As someone who would be negatively impacted by this, I beg you to please do the right thing for freedom and for America.
Would just like to comment on Regulatory Notice #22-08:
I am opposed to the reg, as this should be a decision made by me, not a regulatory body. This would just allow those with the means to more opportunity than we small investors.
I use the leverage and inverse funds to protect my other investments and this would not allow me that protection.
