I should be able to choose the investments that I would like to invest in without going through special processes like a test. I am capable of understanding how funds work that are leveraged or inverse funds. These types of funds provide the flexibility to add diversity to my investment strategy. Regulators should not be limiting investment options.

I use inverse funds to hedge my risk against black swan events, such as the 2020 pandemic.
I (not regulators) should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I should be my responsibility to select the type of product I am interested to buy and to accept responsibility for the choice. Many individual stocks are even more risky. Do not take another freedom of choice. Make sure relevant information is provided and available but leave the decision up to the individuals.

I believe that it is my right to invest in what I want, when I want. This is a free market and making some investments only for certain people and not others is the opposite of a free market. When people invest, they should know the risks as well as know what they are doing or else they shouldn't be in the market at all.
Dear Regulators, I am well able to make my own financial decisions without your interference. I do not want any additional government regulation of leveraged ETF's. I use select leveraged ETF's to hedge my standard investment accounts. Leave these investments vehicles as they are.
