I have been trading my account in emerging markets for 40 years and leveraged funds for 20 years. I am very comfortable and have been pleased with the results. Currently I believe the market is overvalued and the ONLY investment with which I am comfortable is leveraged inverse fund which are beginning to rise. Please do not prohibit me from making my own decisions.
This is my responsibility to make or to lose money; Big Brother does not need to intrude
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I have the right to choose what is for me!
