Freedom to trade is a huge violation of personal choice. There is risk in the market and that should be the point to drive home.
So only special certain people can invest. Come on. All or nothing!
I strongly disagree on this proposed regulation rule #S7-24-15
i regularly use both inverse and leveraged funds in my trading. I use these to generate supplemental income using a covered call strategy. These two types of funds provide me with the flexibility to trade regardless of market conditions. Removal of these would certainly harm my income generation.
Please allow free trading of all leverage funds. There's no reason why a trader like myself should be restricted in trading these funds.
It is not FINRAs job to babysit me as an investor. Focus on your reps choices, abilities, education. Your proposed restrictions will only contribute to the gap between wealthy and average Americans in terms of opportunity.
I am strongly opposed to this proposed restriction. I understand the risks and complexities of such investments. Furthermore, I educate my clients about such alternatives and limit their use under every circumstance. This is overreach and an assault on our rights and freedoms to invest our assets as we determine appropriate.
Dear SEC, How dare you go after these instruments. Focus more of your energy on companies which do insider trading and when you do give fines they cannot be less than the money made. Inverse funds and short selling and leveraged funds give some advantages to average investors that institutional investors dont need. Please reconsider thiese "rules". Banks should not trade FDIC leveraged
The right to choose my investment I need nomtest process before investing Leverageed and inverse funds are important to my strategies
Government does not exist to restrict the freedoms of its citizens. It PROTECTS them!
