I am an investor and use leveraged and inverse funds in my IRA and taxable accounts. This enables me to hedge and follow my trading targets. I do not need regulators telling me what I can and can't do.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my family and I. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I oppose the proposed Rule#S7-24-15 for the following reasons: 1. You have no right to decide for the public into what vehicle the public can invest their own funds. 2. You have no right to decide which individuals are allowed the right to invest. 3. You are creating a discriminatory system for investors decided by agencies on what is available. You are basically creating a secret system
I oppose the proposed SEC rule change. We the investor should be able to make decision regarding what we want to invest in without any limits. Leveraged funds can be complex, but we the investors should decide if they are the right fit for our portfolio. Furthermore, Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
You not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. Explain that you are capable of understanding
The ability of to invest in these securities allows me and others the opportunity to hedge longer term position in times of market turmoil. Without this we do not have sufficient tools to properly manage an investment portfolio.
I find it repugnant that unelected officials like yourselves have the audacity to tell me how I can invest my hard earned capital while members of Congress feel that they are entitled to trade on inside information (which is illegal for us "unwashed" ) and allow large funds naked short securities (which is also illegal for us "unwashed" ) and not blink an eye but seem to get
It is my right to invest in funds that I deem valuable to my portfolio. Hedging investments by using inverse funds is an important strategy.
Do not limit my public investments, leveraged and inbverse funds are critical to my investment startegies
We can't all afford to miss on calls/puts for commodities, nor can we make tremendous investment decisions with our brokers within 60 seconds of talking to our brother, Senator Richard Burr.
