Do not restrict my right to invest in whatever public investments I choose. I'm an adult and an American citizen and have the right to do so. It's not your job to make those decisions for me.
stop the attempt to over-regulate the current leveraged and inverse funds/ETFs
Please don't remove my only way to make money during market corrections. I use inverse ETF's during these times and they are extremely important to me to grow my investments during market corrections.
I have not been able to trade my positions for 6 months. Pointless and unfair limitations.
I am opposed to changes in my ability to invest in inverse or leveraged securities, because it is an important part of my investment work. I am very well informed about all of this, and these proposed changes would cost me a lot of money. I will take you to court if necessary.
It is completely unjustified to not allow retail investors the Same opportunities that hedge funds are allowed to leverage for the same purpose.
