I am a regular investor. 1.Inverse fund helps correct the portfolio better than bond when even a common investor like me can know that market is overpriced. 2. Leverage fund can be regulated but only to the point of reading the prospectus, if prospectus takes 60 min of fast reading then only keep the restriction of not able to buy the leverage fund for 60 min. I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST. I want to be able to make my own investments as I please. Ive chosen to invest my taxed income and you as a state step in and ask for taxes again if it is for me to make some money. If I loose, o well but if I win, where is my money? Therefore I have the right to make my own decisions.
I, not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. experience and perspective.

It is my right to decide how to invest. I use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge and protect my investments. I should not be subjected to a regulator's test in order to invest this way.
Limiting my ability to buy leveraged and inverse ETFs would impair my ability to hedge risks efficiently and dynamically. It would damage the risk-return ratio of my holdings and impair the liquidity of my portfolio. I am against this rule. Efficient portfolio management should not be restricted, for the well-being of investors and the market as a whole.
we have been able to use these products and now you want to restrict our use this is obsurd it will only hurt the small invester
Each individual investor should be able to decide which investment suits his/her needs. There are usually articles from the brokerage firms and online. All investments have their own risk. The best of stocks can have a down side. The investing community does not need the Government or any of its bodies overlooking each individual's investments.
