I disagree with additional regulations affecting or limiting investor freedom to invest in leveraged and/or inverse securities in a timely manner. Rather investor caution can be increased at the time of transaction including examples and contango effect to increase investor awareness of the unique risks of leveraged/inverse securities.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest. Its my money after taxes and it is our right and decision to in invest in public funds. Whatever type of funds they might be. I have been investing for many years. I prefer to invest in funds with basket of different stocks in the fund rather than in an individual stocks. In my opinion, investing in individual stocks is very risky.
Are we still living in a free country, or will the government just take over and tell us how we will live our lives? Managing risk is the responsibility of the investor and their relationship manager. When regulators will guarantee me a specific return "every" year then they can tell me how to invest, if they can't and they know they can't then they should regulate not dictate
I am an average investor who has spent the time researching and making my own choice to buy leveraged investments. I am fully aware of my investment choices and feel that it is up to me, and not government regulators, to invest freely in a free market. I do not approve of any additional vague and arbitrary regulations that will hinder in me choosing leveraged investment.

Working on the industry we have a good understanding of leveraged, and inversed leveraged ETFs and should not have to take examinations to demonstrate that knowledge. Due to regulations we have limited investments we can use in a bearish or
Unfortunately, I have to ask, at what point is it necessary to protect the general public from their own ignorance. Are we to say that you can do anything, even get out of bed, because there is a risk of dying? Restricting the ability of people to invest in any product they wish because some people do not due their due diligence is unacceptable. They made a decision and will pay the
I stand firm that I should be able to choose the vehicles I invest in. I am an individual investor who has successfully traded using leveraged and inverse funds for many years. Hearing the cautions beforehand, I researched them on my own before I started using them. I currently use them to enhance my portfolio, as well as hedge it. I, and millions of other investors, are capable of understanding
as we live in one of the greatest country on this earth where all are given rights to earn by lawful means and invest in lawful means. this right should not be taken away and limit the opportunity one might have in certain businesses. Thanks,
Please do not tell the American people what we can or cannot invest in.
