Dear Sir or Madam
I have responsibly used leveraged and inverse funds for > 5 years. I know exactly what they are and how they function. I strongly resist having to go through any special process, test, special limitations or any restrictions on my ability to purchase, sell short or otherwise trade these securities.
Government and industry regulators should have no authority to prevent or restrict individual investors from investing in securities that are perfectly legal, regardless of an investor's personal understanding of such products. Informing investors is a great thing, but regulators have no right to require investors to undergo any kind of prerequisite educating or testing prior to trading
I oppose the regulation to disallow trading in leveraged and inverse funds in a brokerage account. I do not have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I understand the risk associated with those investments and I willing to take those risks.

Regulators should not be able to prevent me or force me to take tests before I can invest in public securities like TQQQ.
I understand about investor funds and their risk. The above
fund has allowed me to easily increase my retirement funds, so
do not take that away from me.
Good day! As an investor, I have the right to invest in whatever financial vehicles I choose without interference. Seriously a test???? I am putting my money where I want and should be able to do so sans any government regulatory requirements! My money, my choice, sans any interference!

We, not regulators should be able to choose what we invest in. No special process such as an exam should be required. We understand and trade at our own risk. No test can change that. Leveraged & inverse funds are needed in my portfolio. They require less cash and are not subject to earnings volatility or principle changes.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds.
