Does FINRA only wish to cater to the "RICH CATS" of Wall Street? ETFs are a Godsend to smaller investors, WHOM can NOT open $1 Million + accounts with Goldman Sachs, or Morgan Stanley....and get special privileges (edges) like getting 1st dibs on new IPOs etc. NOW, inverse funds are under review so SMALL fry WILL NOT be allowed to 'short' sectors of the markets? I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
This is an insult to all investors out there like myself who hold these funds. We are VERY capable of what we are getting into & do not need these measure imposed on us. Public investments should be available to ALL, not only the privileged!
