I do not agree with proposed restrictions on leveraged or inverse funds for individual investors. There is not reason to think that average investors can not use these funds responsibly. This new rule will surely drive small broker dealers to leave. The regulatory burden has become too much. This new rule is impossible for the small broker dealers to manage as we don't have the resources.
