Please do not restrict leveraged or inverse ETF's I use them to hedge the expense is way less than options and less risky than futures
USA is a country with free market. The investment should be regulated, but not restricted. The ban on the above investment is harm to my freedom. Please don't do it.
I OPPOSE restrictions on the right to invest. In particular: All investors not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that fit their circumstances. Public investments need to be available to the public, not just those investors considered acceptable by regulators. Investors should not be vetted by regulators--through the passing of a test or other means--before being allowed
I strongly object to paternalistic obstacles to my investment choices. A much greater threat to investors is the permitted use of non-GAAP earnings by an increasing number of publicly traded companies. Work with other regulators to stop the blatant distortions of financial performance. Let investors chose the vehicles for their investments.
I do not need regulators to control how I invest my money. This is obstruction to a free and fair market. I should not have to have an abundance of wealth in order to invest my money, in any type of investment. It is my duty to accept those risks and not for others to determine what is the correct risk level for my portfolio. Please stop trying to control the market.
I oppose the FINRA proposed rule 22-08. Leveraged and inverse securities are, and will probably remain, a small portion of the market and do not represent a particular danger to individuals or the market as a whole. There are so many predatory, unfair, and anti-competitive practices in the market today, why is FINRA wasting its time on this one?
Please continue to allow me to decide my investment choices. I do not agree with the proposed legislation. Ed Skopal
Blocking individual investors from using inverse or leveraged instruments actually increases risk and prevents hedging - why should Goldman Sachs be able to hedge but not Jill Mainstreet? Hedging actually decreases risk. Individual investors are not children.
It would be benefits to let everyone invest, especially the average retail traders too.
