I am appalled that FINRA would attempt to place additional roadblocks and restrictions on leveraged and inverse Exchange Traded Funds. These are very valuable tools that have enabled me to make money in almost any environment for several years. The ability to hedge nearly any market without selling something short is a tremendous advantage. Leverage is a very useful tool
I oppose more regulations on people. They should be able to invest anyplace they want.
As a daily active equity trader, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. I believe public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
As long as I can read the disclosures specifically from such investment vehicles, I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest
We have the personal/private right to invest our monies to help secure our financial security and defend our rights to do so. Thank you for your time.
Dont gatekeep retail and everyday people from having fair access to investments.
I have invested in leveraged funds for many years. I believe in the importance of freedom and certainly do not want to see my investment choices to become limited. These funds play an important role in the economy, which is currently undergoing various issues around the world. Limiting our investment choices will only cause worse financial issues.
People has the the right to deal their investment any way they want.

Its should not be up to scrupulous Washington Bureaucrats to decide what I can and cant invest in. It should be up to to those who purchase and sell public securities. I have done research into every security that I have purchase and have kept prospectuses of each one. I have also read literature regarding investing.

The federal government needs to get out of our lives. All of the parental stuff has to stop. Please do not let the regulators go this far. STOP LIMITING MY RIGHTS INCLUDING MY RIGHT TO INVEST AS I SEE FIT.
