Public investments should be available to all, not the select privileged. As a retail investor, who has been actively trading in the last 2 years and these regulations are very much targeted at, I do not agree with the proposed rule/guidance changes. FINRA has already placed many barriers to retail investors in the form of PDT rules, $25k capital requirements, etc. At no point in my journey as a new trader have I felt that the restrictions benefitted me or protected me

Direxion offers a plethora of information and the intial education of Inverse ETFS. The established Indices: DIA, QQQ, SPY, IWM, etc., are available for investors/traders without restrictions I humbly request consideration to please allow ALL ETFS access to a level/
This regulation makes little sense. It is a severe violation of investment freedom, which hampers people's abilities to leverage their investment options and medigate risks. I strong oppose such authoritative regulation!
This is a disgrace to any mindful investor. I would sue FINRA, even if I hold licenses, if any further action is considered to restrict the core products I trade.
I was directed here from an advertisement on Reddit. TL/DR: I fully approve of your work (in general) to protect the public from the cesspool of fraudulent "investments". This includes "complex" investments, and (in my own area of higher knowledge), all of the "crypto currency" and NFT and similar investments. The ad on Reddit pretends that they are concerned about
