Crypto shouldnt need any more information gathering than other current investments. There are no requirements for stocks, bonds, ETFs, so why should there be another asset class. Just because its unfamiliar doesnt mean it should be treated differently.
Please let everyone have the same opportunity to invest
I believe that it is an investors right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without arbitrary restrictions.

If these ETF are fraudulent - carry on, but don't be over diligent or a "nanny state" with investments in crypto. My holdings are less than 0.5% of my total net worth.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
