Us taxpayers had to bail out "expert" investors back in 2008 because of their mistakes, not ours. Focus on regulating them, not us.

Please do not restrict access to leveraged and inverse funds. These are very legitimate investment products that are not dangerous. Risky stocks are MUCH more dangerous than a leveraged S&P 500 index or other fund.
This is truly government over reach. Please stay out of my personal investment decisions. We want to trade these inverse ETFs and have them as a part of our strategies.
Leave our ability to invest alone.
Please remember that we are the people who elect you. We should be able to invest as we see fit. I am confused as to why the government wants to restrict my ability to make my own investment decisions. I could understand if this were China or Russia. I feel like the party system here is becoming repressive to the point where individuals are devalued because we cant afford lobbyists.
Investors not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for us. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. There shouldn't be a process for determining who is capable in investing in complex securities. I use leveraged inverse funds to protect my investments, as hedges in a bear market.
