Free Market means free allowance for an unregulated and decentralized currency.
I need these tools, especially inverse funds, to adequately hedge my investment portfolio during extended market declines such as now. A well-diversified portfolio is not able to fully protect me at all times.
Leveraged and inverse funds have been an important part of our investment strategy for years. As an educated consumer we have the ability and right to make our own financial decisions. These options should not only be available to those who are already wealthy, accredited investors.
It's OUR money. I've worked 36 years to get what I have. Government should not interfere if I'm paying my taxes!!!
I am a long time investor. I make my own investment decisions and read materials provided before I make an investment. I do not want to be blocked from from complex investments and I oppose any limitations. AS long as material is available conveying about risks and fund composition, fees etc we should have freedom to make a decision on the investment.
I believe that I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just privileged individuals and families.
I understand leveraged funds and the risks. I see no need for tests before being able to invest in these funds, nor more measures to impede my options to invest.

I want my 3X Leveraged ETFs. I understand that they are very volatile. I experienced the 2020 downturn and the current one. Yet, my stock portfolio is still positive and I'm carrying a very healthy profit. Don't take my leveraged ETFs away.
It is important for FINRA to adhere with principles-based disclosure regime when promoting rules and regulations. Prohibit retail investors to participate in complex products and options not only violate with the regime, but also reduce the chance for retail investors to manage their risks by using complex products and options. Its incumbent upon any investor who so chooses to invest in public securities, to first conduct their own due diligence by researching and becoming informed concerning the potential gains/losses that may be incurred. Therefore I do not feel it is necessary for additional regulations that would curtail, impede or prevent the publics access to their investing pursuits. Understanding the
