I am a retail investor and have been using both long and short leveraged ETFs sense 2009 without issues or concerns of their operation or behavior. I use them to enhance market performance on the up side and to reduce risk when I see the market pulling back.
I would hope to continue using the funds long into the future and would be disappointed if they
investments that are right for the people. Public investments should be available to all of the people.

No more regulations on anything
Leveraged funds are very important to my investment strategy. I completely understand the leveraged risk involved with investing in these funds. I should be able to keep investing in them. Please do not take away my ability to use these investment funds.
I write options. Leveraged funds give a higher premium. I am in the market for over 40 years. I know what I am doing. I should have freedom to do what i want and after all this experience should not have to take a test
Discriminating against individuals that like to invest in their future but not waste money on a four year degree is ignorant. Is FINRA afraid some lowly, not college educated thinker will surpass them?
Comments:I oppose regulating the leveraged products. Regulating it and limiting the right to purchase such products interfere with my right to invest.
This is not something that FINRA should be regulating. Let us invest the way we want.
