Short positions should have to be reported daily and accurately. Raw data should be supplied. Dark pool data should be reported same day and again raw data. Failure to do so should open up an investigation and not just carry the same monetary fines that they currently do.
Can you please do something about the short/naked shorts going on with AMC Entertainment. I’ve heard Citidel Hedge fund has something to do with it. Please make a change for the hard working people of this country.

Get rid of all the T-delay non-sense. We are in a digital era, any delays are beneficial to only the larger institutions. They have to file to make it known when they take a bullish position. Why not when they take a short one? Our system is corrupt, please do what you can to fix this clear advantage for them. I should know where institutions stand for or against any stock I own in real time.
I think FINRA should do something and crack down on the hedge funds...what their doing is not fair , tell me how can you sell shares that don't exist to drive down the market..if any of us was to do that we would be put in JAIL...all we are asking is for the process to be fair we might not be millionaires or billionaires but we as retail investors should be able to enjoy the process of the
All you have to do is watch the daily market manipulation by hedge funds to see that they have rigged the stock market for their gain. Margin Call all hedge funds and Market Makers.
Short Interest of any security should be reported same day not T+2 there’s no reason for it to be delayed this allows hedge funds to manipulate data for 48 hours after a short position is taken to then make it seem like people are selling the stock.
