SQQQ is a protection for stock account, if forbidden to treat, there is no way for individual stock holders to protect their account other then by options, which is very risk. I do hope FINRA can reconsider the deletion of SQQQ. Thank you!

Restricting people from freely purchasing the investments of their choice is not needed and is government overreach. Regulators dont know how knowledgeable we are and forcing broker-dealers to give us permission makes it less likely that we can invest the way we see fit. Leveraged and inverse funds are appropriate. Dont restrict us and take away our right to invest in the matter we see fit. Get
I have been trading leveraged ETFs both long and inverse since 2008. I also read prospectus, SEC filings, etc, and understand the risks involved. I have not had any major losses due to leveraged ETFs, inverse or otherwise and pay close attention to any warnings my brokers provide on a regular basis about the risks involved.
