Before considering such measures, would it be better to first include lotto and any and all other forms of "gambling" in the bill?
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest in public securities including cryptocurrency funds. I am capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
Me not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Please don't remove my freedom to invest my retirement account as I see fit. Investing in cryptocurrency funds is an important part of my strategy.
Individual investors should be able to make their own decisions.
I do not need any regulatory measures imposed on me when Im investing. I can understand the risks of a certain investment. If i do not understand the risks then I wouldnt invest. You may want to limit false advertising/marketing of funds -if there are any- but limiting investors- or just letting a certain group of investors be able to invest on certain securities freely should not be the
Dear SEC, It is OK to obtain a signed statement from an investor, attesting to the fact that he/she has been made aware of the riskiness of certain types of investment. It's also OK if a broker/banker declines to allow certain investments by any customer or client. Beyond that, people must be allowed to make their own assessments and decisions, wise or unwise.
