Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to extend the pilot period related to FINRA Rule 6121.02 (Market-wide Circuit Breakers in NMS Stocks).
I wholeheartedly am in support of greater transparency in the markets, especially as related around short sales and the so called 'dark' pools. Please level the playing field and turn the U.S. Stock market back into a place for investing and not a casino built and maintained for the sake of the rich to exploit the people. Thank you.
I believe it would be in the best interest of retail investors to obtain real time FTD numbers from the SEC, considering the SEC has access to that themselves and could release it on a daily broadcast. It shouldn't be too hard considering FTD's are a rarity in the stock market according to SHO filings and SEC announcements
Hello, I am an experienced trader and actively utilize leverage ETF's and I am requesting to allow the public continue to utilize these investment strategies. I have gone through training for stock trading and ETF's.
If you want to educate the public add investing to the US education system for high schoolers. They should be receiving education to manage their money and
I currently hold a couple leveraged funds and at various times in the past have held inverse funds. I also trade options. I have been trading for nearly 20 years and have a lot of experience. I have been investing for 8 plus years and these leveraged and inverse ETFs have only helped in my financial growth and would prefer investing in them in future too.
I am writing to express strong opposition to new rules that would further restrict investment of leveraged and inverse funds.
I have used these funds simply to protect my existing investments in the stock market. I know financial advisors who also do so. Already there are checks and balances in place in Ameritrade for trading these funds.
No further restrictions should be added.
Easy and universal access to leveraged and inverse funds should not be hindered. These inbvestment vehicles provide unique opportunities for investors of all types. They are transparent and have a liquid market for investors. Speculative nvestments in individual stock positions can be far more dangerous to individual investors, but no one would ever consider limiting those abilities. This is
