Crippling my ability to buy leveraged ETF's does not level the markets for the low level retail traders. DO NOT PASS THIS REGULATION.
Who is the [REDACTED] that came up with this regulation? Why is ANOTHER Government entity trying to take rights of FREE Americans away? VOTE NO ON SEC Proposal Rule #S7-24-15. Let's all do what we can to remove these communist regulators too!
Do not limit the ability to invest in these products
Inverse ETFs are a valuable tool that help retail investors hedge long exposures without the complexities and risks of using put options. Please do not limit our access to these vehicles. Thank you for your consideration.
PLEASE REGULATE CRYPTO. These are obvious scams. They are backed by,... by,.... nothing. Just greed.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. I have the right to invest in any legal fund that I want.
Do not impose restrictions. The government does not know me or my goals. People should be held accountable for their investment decisions be that a gain or loss.
I do not believe that regulators should make my investment decisions. I use leverage and inverse products as a part of my trading strategies depending on the markets direction. I do not agree that I need to pass a test to invest in these product.
I should have the right to invest or trade in whatever I want. It's tough enough to make money without interference from more regulation . Why not spend more time on leveraged products that the big banks trade in that are dangerous.
Let American investors choose. We know the risks. We should have the freedom to choose. Please continue to demand FULL DISCLOSURE of all the risks and enhance education. Thank you.
