Why would you be taking our ability to invest in leveraged funds away from us? Ive been investing for over 40 years and regularly use these types of funds as hedges against certain events.
Perhaps turn your efforts against the Wall Street market makers and movers who unfairly manipulate the market with dark pools and paper shorts that never have to be made good on by actually delivering instead
Not allowing citizens the ability to invest in inverse or leveraged funds based on that person's net worth or specialize skill is unfair and unwise. I would be unable to hedge my investments in rocky times. Rather than protecting investors from potential losses, these rules would subject them to unnecessary losses. To Whom It May Concern, I don't think it should be up to regulators as to what I invest in. I shouldn't need anyone's permission to invest in anything I choose.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process before I can invest in public securities using vehicles like leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need nor want these measures you are trying to impose.

ProShares leveraged funds has been a great way for me to make monthly income with reduced risk. I have been able to generate profit, but this regulation will definitely hurt me and my finances.

Dear Regulators, I know that certain type of shares are risky, but I can understand that market does involve risk. Certain risks do give better returns. So, this privilege should not be limited to people with huge wealth. I should be able to decide where to put my money to invest.
