Please do not put any limitations and or limit and one's ability to buy/sell shares. Put yourself as the person who's not wealthy and or rich. I understand the risks of leveraged investment instruments. Requiring high net worth or other regulations would not safeguard investors, but discriminate against them.
Kindly give us the freedom to make our own investment choices
This would stop the normal American from being able to do investments.
