Dear FINRA
I am an investor focused on growth, I am heavily invested in leveraged funds and have done quite well with it.
While this is not for everyone it should not be limited to those who are good at it, Please do NOT limit my opportunities to prosper.
Leverage is a fantastic wealth generator when used responsibly. You shouldnt take away my ability to use leveraged ETFs in a well balanced portfolio. Recommend additional education or waivers with these instruments, but dont take them away.
This freedom needs to be available to all investors not just the rich which is typical of the left to only help the rich and hurt the middle class. Inverse funds are a good way to protect the lower income investor and his or her rights as well.
Leveraged and inverse funds have been an important part of my portfolio for years providing me with good returns as well as a hedge. Please allow them to remain a part of my investment strategy without any limitations or restrictions.
As a retiree who invests in these securities I understand very well the risks and benefits involved. I and Im sure most others who trade in this space are more than capable of deciding where to invest. This is another government overreach and should be abandoned.
Thank you, Bill [Press], and good morning, everyone. It's great to be here with you.
Hey look I should have the same chance to make money just like those ho are in the White House do and in Congress do as well so stop your [REDACTED] an let true Americans to have a chance two
Please allow me to make my own investment decisions. i use leveraged accounts as buffers to other investments. i am well versed and have been investing for 32 years. It's my risk and i'll bear the consequences
I personally have held series 3,4,7,24,55,63,66 licenses in the past and well aware of how leveraged financial instruments work!!!!
If the instrument is publicly traded the public should be able to take positions in it....quit trying to manipulate how the market works
