As part of its Transparency Services improvement initiative, beginning Monday, September 9, 2024, FINRA will re-platform the TRACE Corporate and Agency product to a new Linux-based operating system.FINRA will sponsor a production User Acceptance Test (UAT) on Saturday, July 20, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET. Clients who wish to participate in this test must register with FINRA Market Operations
<p>The Firm Quote Rule (SEC Rule 11Ac1-1) requires a member firm to execute trades submitted to it by a firm that has exceeded its Super Cap status unless: (i) the firm had failed to settle on a trade the previous day, (ii) ACT has publicized that the firm has exceeded its Super Cap status and its clearing firm is not willing to honor the trade, or (iii) the firm's clearing firm has deleted the clearing relationship.<br />

<p>For purposes of reporting to TRACE only, a member may enter only <i>bona fide</i> commissions in the "commission" field and may charge a commission only in specified transactions.</p>
