Limiting investors ability to invest in leveraged ETFs and funds and having to prove high-net worth and presuming that equates to understanding risk and investment knowledge is unnecessary. I do not think regulators should try to limit my right to invest in whatever investments I want. I have been using leveraged and inverse ETFs for years and do not need to go through any unnecessary government restrictions. I'm urging you to NOT place any new restrictions on investors who invest in these securities.

Dear FINRA
Do not take away our ability to invest/trade leveraged and inverse ETFs. I understand the risk and I use it for hedging. Also remember, long term returns of DIA:TNA, SPY:UPRO, QQQ:TQQQ are approximately 1:3 as expected.
At least do not take away the rights to trade these. Broad Index based leveraged and inverse ETFs in due course are not risky. Please look at the data.
Please continue retail investors the ability to purchase leveraged ETFs. It is a vital piece of my investment strategy.
