Please do not regulate these leveraged markets. They are there for those of us who are experienced and know how to control our risk of loss.

I object strongly to this plan to limit my freedom to invest how I choose. I have many years of experience in options and leveraged ETF trading and make my living doing so. Leveraged funds are very important to me and my trading strategy. I am completely against this potential plan and request it be terminated from consideration.
Investors need to make decisions
I find the idea of restricting access to financial tools extremely offensive. The market is built around the concept of public availability. Restricting access to certain stocks or tools simply because an elite few deem them unfit for the unwashed masses is egotistical and morally reprehensible. Please do not create a private walled garden around inverse and leveraged funds. Consider the scenario
Individual investors have the right to decide how to invest their funds. We do not need government overreach in our investment choices.
