The more laws and regulations that take place of people using common sensethe less common sense people will have!
You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
Do not regulate. All individual investors are aware of the risks of commodities.
Such limits would further the advantage that large brokerage houses and market makers have.
Leveraged and inverse ETF provide common individuals to invest using smaller amount of money. Regulating these is like telling the common people that they are not eligible to buy these. Every one should be independent to buy these else. Please dont take these rights away from investors
All investing options should be open to people willing to take the risk. It is amazing the overreach that our government would like to put on it's citizens. But if you are connected or in political power, you can amass a tremendous fortune off of the knowledge and inside information. Do something constructive, put us back on the gold standard and enact term limits on politicians.
There are multiple risk parity strategies available that are of sound investment philosophy / theory. Restricting these isn't about protecting the retail investor. There are far riskier asset classes and financial products out there ie options, crypto, etc. [REDACTED] there is even legal gambling everywhere you look. Do the right thing - keep the market free. Allow leverage ETFs for retail
Do not restrict the trading of leveraged and inverse ETFs. These are valuable tools in an investor's toolbox that help to hedge against certain kinds of risk. They also simplify the process of gaining credit and cap the risk exposure in the process.
Show some restraint and stop trying to restrain those of us using these tools.
Investors don't need to be protected from themselves. Every investment comes with risks, including complete loss of investment monies. Investors at all income levels should be afforded the same opportunity.
I am a responsible investor who wishes to have control over my own money to make investments of my choosing. Investment risks should be each individual's private choice, so the government should not limit access to these types of leveraged and inverse investments that are critical to my investment strategy.
