I undertsand the volatility and how they work. IMHO, They are safer then many speculative growth funds, meme stocks, and crypto.

Yes, I understand and think most understand that the daily reset on leveraged funds means that an investor won't automatically earn the multiple of the index.
That said, they are tax efficient relative to futures for those of us who must invest in taxable brokerage
I don't think it's right. We should, as the people of this democracy, be able to purchase anything to do with stock trading, including crypto. This is not right!!!!
I've been trading and investing for nearly ten years. This is not the first time I've seen proposed restrictions to leverage ETF trading. I'm disappointed to see this coming up again. The last time it appeared was around the same time the crypto market was starting. Given the size, mess, and potential for fraud and chaos that crypto is presenting I find it infuriating
Things like crypto and stocks should be available to the public it not only helps the companies but the markets as well. Everyone should have the right to invest in what they believe.
Please do not restrict the public's right to buy shares of stock and/or crypto. Every one, even small investors should have the right to buy and possibly improve their life standing.
It is our constitutional right to be able to invest in funds based on any type of product. The fund managers should be able to manage a crypto based fund the same way they manage a stock or bond fund.
Unfair Restrictions are put in place to keep the majority of investors from gaining larger profits. There is no reason to invest in the stock market if shareholders dont truly own the stocks they hold or are held back during peak performance periods. Millions of people missed out on buying Bitcoin years ago. Once the Bito shares became public some people including myself, could invest in crypto
