Banning or restricting these investments to regular people (and allowing them for the rich and the institutions) is a display of deep disregard for the public. Why should we have to pass a test to invest, we can do our own research and decide if it is worth the risk to invest our money. Many of us have been in the market for decades, it is not up to you what bonds or businesses we support.
