Since how I invest my money is my business---and no one else's and especially not a government regulator's, I strongly oppose the restrictions on my rights to invest tin public investments.
I am fully able to choose the public investments (which should, of course, be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.) that are right for me and my family.

Leveraged and inverse options should be maintained. They are like any investment product, and all licensed brokers or adviser make clients aware of the volatility decay associated with them. There are currently requirements for different levels of option investing, and a similar clearance could be required for those who invest in leveraged equities.

At the best, the proposed legislation is an additional burden to investors. At the worst is that it is discriminatory that shuts out small investors in favor of wealthy investors an private wealth or hedge funds. I currently have held one of these funds for over 11

Please allow investors to continue in leveraged funds, this is a way for Americans to counter the high inflation caused by economic factors and political activity.

I should be about to make my own decisions about my investments, not regulators. Nor should I be required to take tests to prove myself. I can read & understand the notices that are provided when I choose an investment. They are plenty sufficient.
Some of the funds that are planned to be limited, like inverse funds, are critical to my investment
I use inverse ETFs on a regular basis to hedge my portfolio. I am distraught that there is consideration being given to set restrictions. Please dont put up barriers that MAY save some people from themselves that hamper the abilities if many others who want their freedoms of choice.
