There is clear manipulation within the Market and you guys have a legal obligation to protect everyone's interest. Naked short are against the law and you guys need to enforce the law. We truly just want to see AMC do well.
There has been very blatant manipulation of meme stocks including AMC and GME, which are both heavily shorted. As a retail investor I feel the game is rigged in favor of the hedge funds. Please make data on short positions more transparent.
The hedge funds are not covering any of their shorts on $AMC. It’s horrible that the SEC won’t step in and make them cover. People are losing faith in the stock market and will be horrible for the economy. People won’t want to invest anymore. The SEC needs to make it right.
Would be a nice start to at least give retail investors the illusion of a level playing field even though everyone knows that it never will be. When AMC and GME have their final bounce retail will hold their money and never invest in Wall Street again.
Please investigate and better report short interest with etfs XTSLA, IJR,IWM . More transparency is needed with failure to delivers and dark pools. AMC and GME look like they are being heavily manipulated in every which way possible. Help end corruption and theft.
Dark pools. Why are they here, what are they supposed to be used for. I feel they have been exploited and abused over and over for the benefit of the hedge funds and market makers. They have been used to hide short positions and kick the can down the road in regards to amc and gme.
The whole market is obviously being manipulated blatantly. This is unacceptable stocks like GME, AMC, MMAT and plenty others are being torn down by these manipulations, the media and fake accounts on social media and investment platforms bashing the stocks. End Naked Short selling. The market manipulation behind stocks such as $AMC and $GME is so blatant at this point, that the entire world is watching. It is embarrassing as an American citizen to see nothing being done about this. Especially after the 2008 market crash. We have to put an end to this.
End dark pool abuse. Clearly their is active manipulation of GameStop and AMC. Set better standards. Enforce rules. Create fines that are meaningful as compared to a “cost of doing business.” Enforce loss of licenses or fines that are above and beyond the actual revenue made from illegal and manipulated trades.
