Rules “enhancements” means more rules. My broker make it very clear this was a very high risk investment. I was required to sign approximately 4 different documents that I had never had to sign before in 35 years of investing. I know exactly what I own and don’t need extra protections.
These investments can be appropriate for many average investors and should be allowed to remain freely available. The proposed limits would only serve to help the rich and powerful at the expense of the common person.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment portfolio and they can help me protect my investments properly. Also public investments should be available to everyone.

Investors should invest in what they want to invest in. They know the risks. It's simple. Especially in index ETF's

Leveraged products provide an effective way to hedge a portfolio and should be left alone. If the concern is Retail traders not understanding the risks, then put a higher bar to entry to invest in them or limit options within 30 DTE or ban them from 401ks, but it is too much of an overreach to prevent retail investors from adding risk to their portfolios when they are comfortable with it.
