Rule 727. Transactions with Issuers

This rule is no longer applicable effective February 17, 2009.

No member or member organization shall accept an order for the account of any corporation which is the issuer of a stock underlying a stock option contract for the sale (writing) of a call option contract with respect to that underlying stock.
