Update - OTC Transparency Data Publication Delay

FINRA experienced an issue on December 23, 2024 with the processing of Weekly OTC Transparency Data, thereby causing a publication delay for the week of November 18, 2024 (NMS Tier 2 and OTCE). 

The issue has now been resolved and all files and data have been published on the website.
