Proposed Rule Change to Amend NASD Rule 6620 Relating to Trade Reporting Obligations for Transactions in Foreign Equity Securities

NASD is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "Commission") a proposed rule change to amend NASD Rule 6620 to codify existing guidance regarding members' trade reporting obligations with respect to foreign equity securities.
