Proposed Amendments to Rule 6530 to Clarify the Removal Process for the Securities of OTCBB Issuers

NASD has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or "Commission") a proposed rule change to amend NASD Rule 6530 to clarify the removal process for the securities of issuers quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") that fail to remain current with reporting their financial information to the SEC or other appropriate regulator.
