Proposed Rule Change to Waive Fees under FINRA Rule 7730 (Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (“TRACE”))

(“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to waive fees under Rule 7730 for trade reporting to the Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (“TRACE”) due to a TRACE system issue on February 16, 2017 and February 17, 2017.
