Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to reduce the synchronization tolerance for members’ computer clocks that are used to record events in NMS securities, including standardized options, and OTC Equity Securities.
